Enjoy the Unique Styling of the 2017 Tucson Sport with the Night Edition
It seems to be a growing trend for night editions of various vehicles to be offered, and the 2017 Tucson Sport is offering yet another alternative. Most night-edition vehicles from competitors go as dark as possible. However, Hyundai takes a different approach with the Tucson Sport’s Night Edition. Instead of making the entire exterior black, the Tucson has strategic spots that change color.
Building on the Tucson Sport
The Night Package is available on the 2017 Tucson Sport. This is the second-highest trim for this SUV and already has some black elements on the exterior. The 19-inch Rays wheels are in matte black, the mirrors become gloss black, and the panoramic sunroof also gets a black tint. Inside, this trim level gets perforated leather on the steering wheel and aluminum pedals. To contrast all that nighttime black, the TucsonSport Night Edition has red Rays center caps and red valve-stem caps, along with LED map lights.
You can choose from four colors for the Night Edition. Those who want to keep everything dark will find a black option. On the other hand, you can make the black accents pop with white or gray. There is also a nice Caribbean Blue, which is a middle tone of blue. It is dark enough to look like the night sky but light enough to contrast beautifully with the black accents.
Other Great Features in the 2017 Tucson Sport
Since the 2017 Tucson with the Night Edition builds on the Sport trim, you also get all of the features that come with that model. The Sport trim already has blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, and lane change assist. It also has a hands-free smart liftgate with adjustable height settings and automatic opening.
